Cleveland has added some very nice parks and landscaping along the Cuyahoga River. There's a bike path that starts on the top of the west side of the valley and snakes down to the river, under the new Innerbelt bridges. I visited after work recently, when the sun could shine under the bridges onto the corrugated metal that was installed to protect people under the bridge during construction.
