Since the split of the Arctic Warbler complex into Arctic Warbler, Kamchatka Leaf Warbler and Japanese Leaf Warbler it seems impossible to safely identify this bird to species level. This is the only image I have of the bird and I would say that nothing in the plumage tones seems to suggest anything but Arctic Warbler (of which both currently recognized subspecies are supposed to winter in Singapore).
