Prairie Lakes

The sign shows it all......with record amounts of rainfall last summer & fall, combined with above an average snowfall this winter
we have flooding all over the province. Many roads are cut off along with some major highways. City's, towns and farmyards are
all threatened by or have been flooded out. One inch of water on one acre of land works out to one million gallons of water.
Here the water is over two feet deep and covers several acres of land......this is going to make this year very difficult for all.

Time to trade a tractor for a rowboat!

That's a lot of water!

Sounds like Queensland although here it is largely welcomed. Deserts have been changed to verdant plains, and everything is growing like mad now that the water has receded!

Wish you could send some of that down here. We're in a drought. Hope your house and everyone are okay!

Oh, so sad to see this happening again this year. Mother Nature makes the plan and the plan is often not good for the people/lands involved.

Quick, grab some waterfront property.
That's a heap pile of water.
