Great spider macro! These creatures fascinate me with their attention to detail and their persistence. I encourage them to hang around as they eat bugs I like a lot less.

The flash does highlight the web which is otherwise hard to photograph when it's next to a house. Title works well too.

I don’t particularly like spiders , but I don’t dislike them as they have there place in the great scheme of things. This one is borrowing my shed for awhile and it’s quite good for us as my wife has put us on a diet as she will not go and get anything out of a freezer in the shed while the spider is there. These spiders are dead scared of people. When I touched it’s web it ran away and curled up in a little ball and played dead. It’s ugly but not deadly. The black widow that likes in a light fitting in the back garden is a different story but she to has a right to an existence .

This fella looks huge!
The flash has brought out the threads of the web really well, nice one (if you like spiders that is). The grey background complements the coloirs of the spider too.
