Blairs Loch, near Forres, Moray, Scotland.

A perfectly still evening with the light reflecting in the clouds saw me at the waters edge near my home town. I was stunned by the simple beauty of a small group of elegant reeds and scattered birch leaves which seemed to me to achieve visual perfection.

Contax ST ,80-200 zoom,Fujichrome Velvia
Polariser backed off from maximum effect to just make out some below surface detail. f/9.5 at 1/2 sec. full exif

Fabulous capture ian! The grasses and leaves are wonderfully delicate and the colors in sky and reflection like a dream. Beautifull seen and shot.
