“Apero” means aperitif, and in this part of Switzerland,
it means specifically a glass of locally produced white wine,
served in a very small cylindrical glass.
But don’t get deceived by the limited dimension of the glass,
because the number of glasses makes the difference.
You’ll notice the proliferation of glasses of white wine in people’s hands
during the development of the fair we are visiting together...
