This does look like one of those creepy pods - better get rid of it before it gets you! :-D CJ

I can't quite escape the impression that it is actually the ground that is doing the consuming of the sprout. Neatly spooky and ambivalent. -tv

Very dramatic, wonderful earth tones. And now you've done it.. you'll have to leave the "thing" there and see what becomes of it. I too am looking forward to the sequel.

Ha! It's great to know some get my sense of humor.
Well, while I was safe from the mushroom(?) I was consumed today - with a senior portrait shoot - at least I got to practice! Actually, I had a ball, and learned alot too (like never setup an umbrella outdoors unless you never what to see your strobe in one piece again)

This effort is far more exciting than some remakes of the classic movie and I'm dying to know what happens next... -tv

Cool picture! Very much like I remembered my grandparents back yard & front yard in Tuscon, AZ. Nothing but rocks!

Oh, my goodness, the much feared yet rarely observed "little piggy snatcher" emerging from its burrow in search of prey...! Watch out, Barry! Much drama in the lighting... super job as always. Regards Nico
