Pierre Bismarck LaPrath

Born on 19 January 1991, he came to us as a puppy in March 1991.
He stayed with us until 11 August 2007,
when his time had come to go on the world of dreams.
He was a character who could be as feisty and excitable as famous actor Terry Thomas in his best comedy roles,
but Pierre was mostly a loving, very attached,
and very guarding little gentleman,
who had a very special presence.

He'd walk in stride with his head up high,
never bothered anyone, and made friends everywhere.

He had a sense of his surroundings
and would observe things in a way
that often made me wonder what he was thinking.

He could make his point at home
and always guarded his bowl, as anyone would.

I think he occasionally was frustrated with us stupid humans,
who could never learn to speak 'dog',
as he would at times attempt to sit and talk,
and we never could get what he was trying to tell us.

We truly miss him,
and I am looking forward to being with him again,
when the universe has aged far enough for Bolzmann brains to dream and meet.
