Yes, because of the nearer grey building, it does indeed give the illusion of an artist's impression. The mural is fairly obvious, but the building behind looks like a drawing waiting to be coloured in!

It had the opposite effect with me - had me thinking the whole image was a painting, it all looks very 'clean'. :)
