Red Ryder was a juggler who frequently performed the
preshow entertainment for Esthers Follies. Esthers
Follies is a club located on 6th St. in Austin, TX.
It is unique because while comedy skits are performed
on the stage, the audience can watch the crowds
walking by on 6th St. through the window making up
the far side of the stage. Skits frequently make use
of the 6th St. crowds as part of their routines.

In May 2006 Red Ryder was senselessly murdered in
a parking lot in the middle of the night. He was well
loved and will be greatly missed.
