Ah! This strikes me very much as a portal into ocean worlds. I like the strong colors and the bubbles hanging there forever. It looks very artificial and real at the same time.

I think this is a totally cool shot! The upper bubble forms a sharply-focused ring, and the lower one echoes that shape. The blurry fish provides movement and gives the eye somewhere to travel. The effect, for me, is kind of like staring at a lava lamp. It's fascinating, and I keep expecting to see something shift position as I'm watching.

I think I like this, it has been growning on so much that I went out on WWW and found the following lyrics from a WWII area song.

Swim" said the mama fishie, "Swim if you can"
And they swam and they swam all over the dam

and If you remmeber these lyrics you are as old as dirt

Hey Tom! I think you've got something here! You have a bubble in good sharp focus and the idea of spinning the fish around to the edge was a good move too. It is still recognizable as being a fish and he is nicely out of the range of focus which is good use of your DOF. Yep, by golly you really improved this to me. I always liked the nice bright colors.
