What can I say? Not much. Gary has the art of making guacamole down to a science, with a plastic knife and fork and some simple additional ingredients we had a bowl of guacamole to enjoy with our lamb and believe me the two complemented each other quite well if you haven't ever thought of trying this you should you will not be disappointed.
