One day it was decided amongst the three of us to bbq a bit of lamb, this comes after we had a wonderful dinner at the Mugal Mahal restaurant in Kuwait City. I had purchased 6KD (Apx $21.00 USD) at one of the nearest (+1 Hour car ride) supermarkets. The bbq lamb was grilled over an nice hot fire and our side items were baked potatos with cheese and sour cream, broccoli, beer (no not the real thing), a local flat bread, tortillas and guacamole.
Everything came out great and we decided to have a bbq every two weeks so on the 15th of Jan '08 we will grill out again but this time it will probalby be steaks or chicken along with what we can find at the dining hall for the side items.
