These little twin boys, whose mother is from Ulster, reminded me of the story of the legendary Macha, who bore twin boys in extraordinary circumstances and who cursed the men of Ulster for her travails. This led to the province being unprotected from attack by the Connachtmen during the famous Táin Bó Cuailnge - the Cattle Raid of Cuailnge.
