The Vestmann Islands or Vestmannaeyjar as they are called in icelandic are islands off the south coast of Iceland. The islands are volcanic islands which last erupted 1973. In spite of this there live around 4.000 people there today and they make their living from fishing.
This picture was taken from around Skógarfoss, but from that part of Iceland The Vestmann Islands are closest to Iceland.
