You never know what you'll find when you look out on the porch at night. I discovered that I had a possum the other night when I looked out to see if I had any rabbits, when I spotted the snake-like tail and knew it was an opossum. I've been waiting for him ever since. I had my camera by the door cranked up to the highest ISO and wide open, using the built-in flash. I turned on the porch light and it didn't faze him. I shot through the glass on either side of the door and it worked! I'm going to keep looking for him and next time trying opening the front door and shooting through the glass on the storm door. For a night time shot, I'm rather pleased with it. Oh, I tried going out on the porch through the garage door, but he quickly scampered off.
