As the first major snowstorm of the season to blanket Minnesota raged outside (with it's myriad of fabulous photo opportunities) I was one of the support personnel at the recent North Star International Photography Contest. (Last year I was one of the judges.) It is always a fun time--and I always learn something from the many photographs submitted from around the world.
