Ah, now we more fully understand Woody's interest in the carpet. Clearly it has some hallucinogenic effects. Woody, being a decent law-abiding Cambodian citizen monkey, would never consider Cambodia's "ganja". Carpet is far more legal and obviously delivers similar effects.
