I spotted these two switching locomotives at the end of the railroad
spur at Potash. They weren't there the last time I visited this area.

This area was used in filming a scene in a movie.

The view from the top of the dirt pile toward the locomotives used to look like this: .

This road is Federal Route 1694, a connection between Potash Road and San Juan County Route 142 (sometimes called "Shafer Trail"). Names of these roads are explained in detail in another gallery.
