Usually, I set my Lumix Fz50 to its largest aperture before starting a hike. The day this photo was taken, I forgot. Wildlife often don't allow a second shot, so I shot, then reset to a larger aperture. By then, the bird was flying away. The photo is cropped from a much larger photo, and the bird was blurry because it was walking as I shot. A larger aperture would have been helpful. Needless to say, the image presented here represents more photoshop sharpening than I usually impose upon an image.
