This historic building is made in the Art Deco style.

What you see outside is misleading ... inside a lot of unused rooms are dirty and unkempt, some even have roofs that leak, making them damp as well.

There was a time (a loooong time ago!) when I used to have voice lessons here ... sometimes I watch
the rehearsals of the popular show "Vilma In Person" (V.I.P.) which for a time was televised here.
