I am sure my daughter would love to be at the islands this time of the year, it is very humid and hot in Michigan. I remember seeing the photo you described in a magazine. It was a very nice capture and I know mine dose not even come close. I think the message here is more about the issue of child labor which is a global concern. I am particularily sensitive to it as an immigrant from a third world country to the US. Best wishes. Sam Attal
Sam, car valeting is much in demand in the islands and she looks pretty handy with the washing blade!
This reminds of a shot I saw recently where the windscreen was covered in suds and the person cleaning had just cleaned the suds away in an arc, revealing her face through the cleaned arc. -Regards, Najinsky
Thanks Trav for your kind comment.
I asked my daughter to clean the window at a gas station, and, suddenly, I remembered the kids in Damascus (where I grew up) as they try to earn some dimes by quickly cleanning car windsheilds as cars stop at traffic lights. Not the best shot, but I had to do it quickly before my daughter paid attention with whatever lens was on the camera at the time. Sam Attal
