Sunrise shot. Not much sun I know. The wind was blowing about 20-25 mph and the temp had to be in the low 40s. When I got up that morning and started out to the desert it was raining!! I couldn't believe it - this place goes months without rain and one of the two days I visit it rains and snows. Not a great shot - the light was never really right but the sunrise did cause a wierd orange glow that helped add a little color.

Note to others going out - you will need to venture out pretty far to get away from the brown mucky cracks. I was fortunate to run across some other photographers that gave me some good advice on shooting at this location.
