Here Áftavatn (in English it might be called the lake of the Swans) can be seen. This is a peculiar lake as it can also be called a part of the river Sogid.
At this place a part of the river overruns a part of the land because the land is so low there, and form a lake. One side of this lake is realy the river Sogid. This lake is surrounded by sommer houses.
