Pink Rose

The sRGB histograms show the red channel at (or above) 255 and the blue channel at (or below)0; additionally this situation is flagged by RSP (the RAW converter) as clipping for both red and blue channels (notice the red and blue buttons light up to show clipping in the sRGB rendering). Actual clipping, or being very close to clipping, should be taken as an early warning to modify the rendering (adjust the "exposure" setting and/or "shadow contrast" and/or "fill light") as required to pull in the data within the color-space volume. Once the "data is pulled in" the file will print properly on any printer with a gamut equal to or slightly greater than that of sRGB gamut.

Neither the Adobe RGB or Pro Photo RGB histograms annunciate any possible problems with the rendering; obviously, if you used either color-space you would not have to "pull the data within the color-space volume". On the surface using either Adobe RGB or Pro Photo RGB "appears" to be a win-win situation (i.e. no clipping). However, all that glitters is not gold. The "real" problem is if the file is printed out on a printer with a gamut "no larger than sRGB" the data rendered via Adobe RGB or Pro Photo RGB will not fit the the printer's gamut properly. How well things fit from either Adobe RGB or Pro Photo RGB will depend on the rendering intent chosen for the specific printing process and "how much data" has to be compressed into the printer's gamut.
