None of the rendered histograms indicate a problem of channel clipping. The only decision on this picture is choosing a color-space that optimizes available resolution (i.e. each sRGB channel histogram occupies a greater percentage of the 0,0,0 to 255,255,255 count range compared to either Adobe RGB or Pro Photo RGB) and IMO sRGB is the right choice.
