Northern Laughing tree frog, Pengilleyia rothi

Mornington Sanctuary, WA.

This is a common species across northern Australia (in the absence of Cane Toads), where it often shelters in rock crevices or
hides tucked away amongst the dead fronds of the Pandanus that line the drainage lines and watercourses. This species appears
to have adapted well to human habitation like its southern cousin Pengilleyia peronii.
