The house on the left used to be the good old café "bij Pitlo".
When I was a young boy I spent many nice hours in it, with my parents and lots of friends. Especially on village feast days it was one of the popular meeting points for the people in the neighborhood. Hard die pigeon players had their home base in the place as well.
But those good old days a far away...
(Note that a few months after shooting this photograph, the new owners rennovated the house completely, giving it a modern look, which makes this picture even more valuable for me now!)
