1744 At the food market of Papeete

We observed one of the food wagons as it arrived and the
team started working on making their setup for the evening.

They were a good team! No rush or haste, and yet everyone knew exactly what
to do. The van was jam packed tight up to the roof, so they had to follow
a strict order of unloading all the items. No one stopped or fumbled.
Unbelievably, within minutes the van was emptied and there stood a little
restaurant with seating for almost 30 people! It was a smooth operation.

Sometimes we forget that while we are on vacation, the People
of Paradise
work very hard to make our stay so memorable.
