Great flow lines from an oriented Sikhote-Alin, from Siberia. The "oriented" specimen came towards earth without flipping or rolling and maintained an "oriented" flight and the lnes showed how the front surface ablated as it entered our hostile atmosphere. This is a fragment which probably exploded above in our atmosphere. Skhotes also has many specimen showing the violent nature of this meteorite entering and exploding before hitting ground. Schrapnel specimens are found.
