I spotted this wall as I was walking along Penang's Chinatown - the vividness of the blue seemed to be so out of place compared with the rest of the peeling paint surrounding it. Of course, seeing this exposed socket on an outer wall of a building where tropical rainstorms occur almost on a daily basis did not inspire much confidence! :)
