9 January - playing with marbles...

Horrible day today, blowing a gale and raining.
It was absolutely pointless washing & drying my hair this morning,
I'm a windswept wreck after battling home from the school run.
But I refuse to drive - come rain or shine I force myself
(and my poor little children) to walk to & from school! ;o)

A PING with Scott's shot! http://www.pbase.com/1designguy/image/72851194

They look like little planets. Useful prop though, I must get some for when my PAD is hard to get.

They look like speckled bowling balls.
Just need some pins to knock down now.

Reminds me I have a glass jar full of them, just
waiting for a photo op.

LOL
Wonderful imagination, Nicky
All sorts of photo opps using marbles that I had never considered
I was moving this image around on my screen trying differant crops by sliding the image off screen etc.
I love the play of the light
try placing them in a box and use a flashlight from differant angles, blow in a little smoke or use differant surfaces under the marbles. Try using a mirror in the back of the box. Wow... so many options in a mini studio setting.
