This is a waterfall in a river called Tungufljót, which runs into Hvítá. The name of the waterfall is loosly translated into english: waterfall without water. Go figure the name. As can be seen on this picture there is no water missing from this waterfall, not at that moment anyhow as all the rivers on the southern part of Iceland had so much water during these days after the floodings.
