It goes without saying that the meal was delicious. Grant and Lori are gourmet chefs who practice their hobby almost daily. The first course served was home made Leek & Potato Soup and it was mouth watering; A Spinach Salad with home-made tarragon dressing followed and it was excellent. The main course (shown here) was Roast Duck with Blueberry & Sage Stuffing on a bed of wild rice with apricots and topped with whole carrots and green beans and it was outstanding. What can I say about the dessert of home made Crème Caramel with Blackberries other than absolutely superb?
