Given 120 m/s bullet velocity, the remaining 3 cm before impact should be managed in some 250 microseconds or so.
Note the ghost image of the displaced obliterated glass that can be seen to the left. It resides from some stray light which I later managed to get rid of. Although unintended and not expected at the setup, it's kind of cool I think - a bit like "Schrödinger's cat" - both alive and dead at the same time...
