Here, a high speed photodetector, a precision timer and a high-speed flash are used together with a CO2 air pistol.

Maybe a bit morbid, but believe me - even though I'm not a "gun guy", it is great fun and highly addictive...

Wonderful work. A made a sound trigger and photographed a ball hitting the desk a long time ago with my OM1 (Brief setting and flash of course). Had to wait a week to see the results. Must try it again now I'm into digital photography. Voted
