I love the framing here Jennifer, the hard 'manmade' outlines are beautifully softened by the little bit of humanity....and , humanity finds a way of self expression. Love it.

Fantastic shot!! The child the heart, the partial reflection and the disturbance in the water. (the thing in her left hand looks like an eaten Lollipop).

Beautiful words. A child is a child... and it is through their "childness" that we're given the gifts of wonder and magic, of play and creativity, of nurturing and intelligence, of purity and courage. Of love. I believe your picture has and will make many of us listen to the love that resides in our hearts and reach out more with love...

A beautiful moment. From anyone else I'd suspect a setup.

****An image of innocence. The composition is as pure as the heart of this child. It would make a nice greeting card -- I like your subtle caption within the water, as well.

Could she actually be drawing that with water? Could the ripples be where her finger recently touched?
Brilliant shot, even if I'm imagining my explanation.

The goodness of a pure heart fans out like ripples on a pool of water, washing over everyone they touch.

Yes - and I had asked my heart: What do you "see" in this picture? And it flows over with beautiful impressions and feelings!

A lovely image and a very thought-provoking quote. I lie especially the way that we have to look for the quote as it blends in with the water. The ripple is a stroke of genius, especially as it emphasises the presence of the heart. If I'm not mistaken the little girl is tracing with her finger a heart that already existed. I'm curious as to what she is holding in her left hand. Jen, there is a disturbing white blob in the pool, that draws attention when viewed at original image size and from a distance. But, this image maintains your tremendously high standards. Congratulations. Rob
