The photographic artist, just like the poet, must leave spaces in their work for the audience to crawl into. One can only tell half the story - the audience tells the second part, no matter what. You are learning to do that so well. And look at the comments you get! Some are almost puzzling, but they are what gets evoked.
Cropping and closeup allow the photographer to apply the smack of a kyosaku stick to the sleeping viewer saying "Wake up and look! What do you see here?" This picture does that. You allow the viewer to see only the bits of net or maybe you have opened a fairyland gate. Wakeup, what do you see? Again, Christine, you please and astonish. Good diagonal and depth of field. Voted.

The sea braided her hair into a tight promise.Always remember, as she tugged upon the stray ends with malic gale.Combing over and over with a brine bitterness.Counting the olden days they have knotted together in memory.

Wonderful focus. "Oh, what tangled webs we weave when we practice to deceive." Great work. zM
