This was really sick because Poinciana trees are beautiful flowering trees and this old one undoubtedly had a large canopy providing shade over the street. Look at the size of the branches that have been cut. The branch structure has been destroyed forever even though the tree may live. It's too bad that people don't get charged with destruction of public property when they do this because it would be a fitting charge.
