We (the coalition and Afghan forces) ARE making a difference. However, the low education levels, poverty, and the ever increasing terrorist activity of insurgents, Taliban, and other such groups make this job more dangerous for us, and frustrating for the people every day. Faith and hope are all most of these people have. When I return (God willing), I will be posting more on this war and reconstruction before my tour here is over.
