not a he it's a she, you think she's scary, you should see my shots of this spider, she puts trantulas to shame with her size, Black & yellow Argiope ( Argiope aurantia) males are 1/4-3/8" (5-9mm) in size Females 3/4-1,1/8" (19-28mm) the 1 I found was 6 inches, if you want to see it let me know
