At Station 18 on the self guided trail is Long House.
About two-thirds of thbis section of the ruin has been excavated.
Notice the many rows of small viga holes, made to receive and support ends of roof beams.
The patterns of these holes indicated the structure was four stories high in some places,
although for the most part there were only three levels.
