I do pwc's on the average of once a week, from 20% to 50% entirely dependent on the water conditions. The plants and filter, combined with the relatively low bio-load mean that it stays pretty clean.
All plant foods are seachem and dosed irregularly. I try to dose toward plant conditions rather than a schedule.
