Catedral (Cathedral)

The cathedral in Segovia is located in the Plaza Mayor. This is actually the nave of the
cathedral. That is the part of the church that is rounded when a church is built in the style of a
Latin Cross (croix latin French). I hope I am using the correct terms to explain this because I
took architecture in French. The front of the church was closed due to construction while I was
in Segovia. I took this photo one day as I was walking back to the aquaduct after class to meet
my host mother. It was printed in a publication for St. Lawrence University in Spring 2003.
