Iglesia de San Clemente (St. Clement Church)

On our last day in Segovia I left my host family in the morning at the bus station where I met up
with the rest of my group. I had said good-bye to my host sister, host brother, and host father the
night before because they were at school when I left. We left our suitcases in a hotel and then
had free time to explore the city. I had been to Segovia many times, but I had never toured the
famous tourists sites there. I did not tour them until winter vacation when I returned to Segovia.
Most of the other students it seemed had visited them while waiting for buses back to their
villages after classes. It upset me that I could not be with my host family even though they were
in Segovia at the same time. As we wandered the city I took photos of sites that were familiar to
me. This is a church that my host sister and host brother had pointed out. I like the stone
carving and the architecture.
