Everything about this photo is great. I especially love the blue of the sky, which lifts the photo another level. I grew up on Long Island (Glen Cove on the North Shore), and this sure looks a lot more exotic than the beaches of my youth!
I like this one, Lonnit. The lines and shadows, as well as the single set of footprints and the cloud-swept sky, give such a sense of isolation. You must have frozen yourself out there on the beach in the middle of January!
