thanks CJ, Cat, Brent and Yvonne. this is quite a fun sculpture - there are so many interesting angles to it, I should explore it a bit more... in hindsight the scaffolding immediately behind (just to the R of the yellow crane) is a bit annoying, I agree. though I wanted to keep the yellow crane in to emphasize all the construction surrounding the piece.

Unusual sculpture- looks like something King Kong tore off one of the buildings. Nice exploration job B.C.

This is an amazing structure b.c.! I love outdoor sculpture and this is an outstanding (or upsidedownstanding!) example of modern sculptural art. I don't know if cropping out the top cranes etc would work here, but they are a little distracting. Very interesting piece! :-) CJ
