J'aime beaucoup ce cadrage. Excellent, surtout avec la lumière!

I am so selfish as to want you as perfect as you are.Right now.To scuplt you in my mind steadfast, unchangable and without human compromise.Without blemish of age or fault of perception. And now I must cry.Because already your soul is moving out of the pretty cage I have fashioned. That the sky is calling your freedom your name. And I wonder if I will die, staring at an empty polished lie.
The patches of what appears to be blue sky reflected in this bronze statue creates an incongruity and a message. The figure, representing mankind, is rooted on earth, yet still simultaneously floats in the sky. A metaphor for the human spirit.
