the kid gets a bit of colour, the lady spares herself a tad of green apart from the unadorned
natural spectrum...nice photo...the focus is good the play of tones is a little on the dark side
on my monitor, however the colour is very pleasant as is the humanity nature.
****It is, as Kal says, a story telling portrait. The mother holds the hand of the child, and that makes all the difference here in terms of the human values expressed. The composition is cohesive -- the mother, child, and dog become one here. The duck and doll work add context to this image, which is all about security and support.
