You have to wait in a long row to be able to rent a dog in Japan.
It is a "cool thing" and prestigious to go walking in Odaiba City water front area with a "cool doggy" even if it is rented.

I never thought this existed. I wonder how they make sure that the dogs will be well treated. I also wonder how dogs adapt to that kind of treatment. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
